##  Overview 
100% pure acrylic water based paint with smooth silk effect, based on unique self cross-linking technology to offer superior adhesion and crack bridging ability, washability with water and soap, easy stain and dirt removal, flame spread resistance property as well asexcellent resistant to microbes inaddition to high chemical resistance. It has a special formulation without VOC and free from harmful chemical compounds that makes the product compatible with the highest global requirements for maintaining the environment.

##  Recommended Use 
Recommended use as a finish coat for interior applications on concrete, cement, gypsum and brick surfaces, in elegant, luxurious and high end areas such as palaces, hotels, houses, hospitals, halls, residential complexes and all crowded interior areas where high stain resistance and hygienic properties are required.

##  Application Guide 

###  Application Method 
For new concrete, cement and clay brick surfaces
* All new surfaces need a period of time of no less than 28 days to dry
* Excess excesses must be removed by sanding them until a smooth surface is achieved, then the surface is cleaned of dust using a cloth or compressed air.
* Apply a layer of one of the appropriate primers from Time Paints and leave it until it dries completely

For previously painted surfaces
* Remove old paint if it is peeling or peeling
* Ensure that the surface is free of capers, oils, grease, dust and impurities
* Filling cracks and small holes with a suitable filler
* If the old paint is in good condition but shiny and non-porous, it should be roughened lightly
* You must ensure that the base paint is compatible with the old paint, according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
* Apply two coats of "{{51}}".
