A high performance matt topcoat emulsion paint, based on special type of acrylic polymer by special technology to provide superior adhesion, high durable, good resistance to harsh weather conditions in the Middle East and dirt pick up, with high color retention to impart surfaces long lasting protection.

##  Recommended Use 
Recommended to use for exterior applications when high protection and beauty is rocommended on concrete, cement, hardboard and brick surfaces of educational institutions, residential, commercial, industrial buildings. Also it can be applied over textures.

##  Application Guide 
###  Surface Preparation 
* To dry completely before applying foundation. .
* All new concrete surfaces require a period of no less than 28 days
* Old paint must be completely removed from previously painted surfaces
* The surface must be solid and free of holes, gouges, burrs and any fragile areas.
* You must ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of excesses, dirt, dust, grease, oils, salts, and mold.
* Treating cracks and small holes with a suitable filler such as "{{60}}", "{{59}}" or "{{57}}" before starting to paint basis.

###  Application Method 
For a soft look:
* Apply two coats of "Time Maxim Matt" directly on the surface.
* For smooth ready-mixed concrete surfaces, it is recommended to use "{{68}}" or "Time Blocking Primer" as a primer, or any suitable primer from Time Paints.

For the appearance of the spray:
* Apply one layer of "{{68}}" or any suitable Time paint primer depending on the nature of the surface and leave it until it dries completely.
* Apply a layer of any Time paint spray.
* Apply two coats of "Time Maxim Matt"
